Facilitating Multi-Jurisdictional Research

The BC Ethics Harmonization Initiative (BCEHI) aims to create efficient, coordinated, and high-quality processes that support and encourage multi-jurisdictional human research. The goal is to make BC a more attractive environment for research activity.

In April 2018, the BC Academic Health Science Network (BC AHSN) announced its support for BCEHI as an established provincial resource. This integration into BC AHSN will provide the sustained staffing and infrastructure required to further develop and expand the provincial approach to research ethics harmonization.
